1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or enrolling in any course offered by Moor Rider English Academy ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Mohamed Hassissi (Moor Rider), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

Course access may be provided through our online platform and is subject to technical availability. We strive to maintain 99% uptime but are not liable for temporary interruptions in service.

3. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds

Payment: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Pricing: Course prices are subject to change at any time. However, price changes will not affect enrollments already completed. Promotional pricing and discounts are available for a limited time and may expire without notice.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that promotional or discounted enrollments may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written content, graphics, worksheets, quizzes, and software, are the exclusive property of Moor Rider English Academy and Mohamed Hassissi, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our course materials except as expressly permitted in these terms.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access and may subject you to legal action. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of our materials, please notify us immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moor Rider English Academy and Mohamed Hassissi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our courses
Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform
Any content obtained from our courses
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our courses shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific course in question.
